HOW THE APPLICATION WORKS

After installing Â?GC Mass ResponderÂ? you will see a new tab Â?Mass Responder ConfigÂ? under Tools -> Options in Outlook. This tab is used to create the response templates. You will see a list of templates that we have already created. Here you can add, edit or delete your templates.

CONFIGURING GC MASS RESPONDER
1. MANAGING E-MAIL TEMPLATES
The main config screen lists all the templates that are already created with an option to edit and delete. The Â?NewÂ? button on this screen is used to create a new template.
2.ADD NEW TEMPLATE
Click on the "New" button to create a new response template. When you click the Â?NewÂ? button a screen appears with the following fields.

1.Profile Name
2.Active
3.Response Message (Body of the E-Mail)
4.Attachments

PROFILE NAME (NAME OF THE TEMPLATE) :
This is the name of the Response Template.
RESPONSE MESSAGE (BODY OF THE E-MAIL) :
Here you can customize the body of the Response Template. This editor supports rich text editing. The editor has the option to change the font, font size and color. We can also insert a pictures.
ATTACHMENTS :
In addition to the body text, we can attach multiple files to be sent to the recipients.
ACTIVE :
This allows you to Â?EnableÂ? the Response Template which is then available when you send a Mass Response. Only active response messages will be available to be sent.
3. EDIT/DELETE TEMPLATES
Each Response template can be edited or deleted. Clicking on the edit button beside the Response Profile name enables us to modify all the fields of the template and save it. If you wish to delete a particular response template you can do so by clicking the delete (X) icon beside the Profile name. When we click the delete button it asks for a confirmation Â?Are you sure you wish to delete this Response Template?Â?. Clicking on Yes will delete the template.
RESPONDING USING GC MASS RESPONDER
METHOD I:
The combo box next to the Â?Select Response MessageÂ? in the tool bar is populated with all the templates that are active.
Â?Select the E-Mails to which we have to respond. We can select multiple e-mails.
Â?Select the Response Message from the drop down next to Â?Select Response Message.
Â?Click Â?SendÂ? to reply to each of the selected e-mails with the response message.
While sending the response the text in the Response Message is the body of the E-Mail, and if we have saved any files for that template it is sent as attachments along with the E-Mail.
METHOD II:
Â?Right click the selected messages.
Â?Select the active profile names under the menu item Â?Mass ResponderÂ? in the pop up.
Â?The moment you click the template, the message is sent immediately to the already selected e-mails

TERMINAL SERVICE MANAGER

I. INTRODUCTION:

Are you one of those people who have to access different servers and having to remember them, but find it a chore having to remember all those countless number of servers? TSM would assist you in being more effective, precise and will put you on the cutting edge in managing your servers. It would make your work a lot less easy and yet put you in a leading position. TSM saves the connection profile of each server saving a lot of time and not having to remember them anymore, hence saving your precious time. It doesnÂ?t get easier than that.

II. MAIN INTERFACE:
When you launch the TSM you will find the main application interface. It has a toolbar on the top with the list of saved servers in the grid below.

III. THE TOOLBAR
The toolbar has shortcuts to the following:
1. The Â?RefreshÂ? button refreshes the server list from the database.
2. Using the Â?DiscoverÂ? button you will be able to import the servers from the Active Directory you are connected to. It imports the following details: Server Name DNS host name Description of the server in Active Directory Operating system and service pack
3. The Â?GroupsÂ? button helps you in managing your custom group list. YouÂ?ll find this very useful when managing many types of servers or servers at different locations.
4. Use the Â?Add ServerÂ? button to add a server to the server list. It will ask for the Server name, DNS Hostname or IP Address to add a server.
5. If you have a list of RDP files currently to connect to your various servers, use the Â?ImportÂ? button to import them into your server list.
6. The Â?Export to ExcelÂ? and Â?PrintÂ? buttons are very helpful when you want to prepare a report on the servers.
7. The Â?AboutÂ? button tells a little bit about the application and about what we as a company can offer you.
8. Use the Â?CloseÂ? button to exit from the program.

A. DISCOVER
By clicking on the Â?DiscoverÂ? button, you will be able to import the servers from the network that you are connected to. It imports the server name, DNS Host name, IP address of that server as well as its operating system.
B. GROUP YOUR SERVERS
When you click on the Groups button, it pops a window with the available groups. To add a Group, click on the Â?Add GroupÂ? at the bottom of the window. There are options to delete and edit the gropus.
C. ADD A NEW SERVER
Click on the Â?Add ServerÂ? button on the toolbar, to add a new server to the TSM. You will need to type in the Server Name and DNS Host name which are mandatory fields. If you want to make the server a part of a group, you could do it here. Click on Â?SaveÂ? to add the entry to the list.
IV. ALL SERVER LIST
This grid contains all the managed servers saved by the TSM. It has a lot of cool features which are described below. By default only the Server Name, DNS Host Name and IP Address are displayed.
Other features provided in the grid are: Field Chooser Â? Used to select the fields we wish to get displayed on the grid.
Group by column headers - Click on the column on the grid and drop it on to the top left corner of the bar where it says Â?Drag a column header here to group by that columnÂ?.
Filters - Use the filter text boxes on each column to filter the list.
V. CONNECTING TO A SERVER
To get connected to a server, click on the Â?ConnectÂ? button next to the server info on the grid. This will launch a RDP connection to that server. If you have specified the username and domain within the connection settings, all you have to do is type in the password to be connected to that server.

It is based on Microsoft Exchange E-mail server. You configure the main mailbox that receives all incoming e-mail. The application then assigns these e-mails in random or round robin order to a set of configured mailboxes. 2. HOW THE APPLICATION WORKS: After installing "GC Route E-Mail Queue" it provides a very simple user interface to configure the master mailbox and the slave mailboxes. The interface shows the list of mailboxes in your exchange server so it is easy for you to pick. Configuration of the application on your Exchange server is also very simple. Here you enter the subject, select company, select date, select your team member to whom you want to assign it, add notes and click on Submit. That is it. It adds a sales activity to ConnectWise. Imagine your office receptionist taking customer calls. They can use this application to quickly add an activity to the appropriate queue.<BR><BR> How The Application Works:<BR> After installing "GC - Connectwise FastActivities", you will notice a new system tray icon "Add activity to Connect Wise". Clicking this system tray icon will show the form to create an activity.
